The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Syrco Base in the beautiful city of Ubud, Bali. As our Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

2. Drive room yield through effective account management and promotions

3. Identify and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business opportunities

4. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales planning and decision-making

5. Represent Syrco BASE to the partners and worlwide

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions

7. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting to provide insights to senior management

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in hospitality sales, fine dining restaurant

2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decisions

5. Familiarity with the Bali market and understanding of local industry dynamics

6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
