Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor Supervisor to oversee cost management and project supervision within our F&B projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the F&B industry, cost estimation, and project lifecycle management. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, monitor, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for F&B construction and renovation projects.
2. Oversee tendering processes, including preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and evaluating supplier/contractor bids.
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
4. Monitor ongoing project costs and conduct regular cost analysis to identify variances.
5. Supervise site progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, budgets, and schedules.
6. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and manage value engineering processes.
7. Collaborate with the design, procurement, and operations teams to align project requirements with business objectives.
8. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. 

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with supervisory experience.
3. Proven experience in F&B-related projects, including restaurant, kitchen, or hospitality builds.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, procurement processes, and contract administration.
2. Proficiency in QS software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
