SEMCORP melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Quality Control Supervisor di North Maluku yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor SEMCORP. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Quality Control Supervisor di North Maluku Perusahaan SEMCORP:

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

– Quality Management System – Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality management systems. Ensure compliance with VDA 6.3/6.5 auditing methods and develop effective response strategies for audit findings.

– Production Process Quality Monitoring – Monitor and control quality throughout the entire production process, from incoming materials to finished goods. Identify non-conformances and drive corrective actions.

– Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement – Independently resolve common product quality issues. Lead on‑site quality improvement initiatives (Top 3 Improvements) and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

– Customer Complaint Handling – Organize and lead customer complaint investigations. Prepare structured reports (e.g., 8D) and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

– Quality Tools Application – Proficiently apply quality tools, including the Seven Basic Quality Tools (QC7) and the Five Core Quality Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).

– Team Development – Build, train, and develop the QC team and quality engineers. Ensure competency and performance of team members.

– Cross‑functional Collaboration – Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.

Qualifications

– Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

– Experience – Minimum 3–5 years of quality control experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Automotive industry background is strongly preferred (e.g., automotive parts, battery, or diaphragm/film manufacturing).

– System Knowledge – Proven hands‑on experience with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949. Familiarity with VDA 6.3/6.5 auditing is a plus.

– Technical Skills – Strong ability to independently analyze and resolve quality issues. Proficient in 8D reporting and quality tools (QC7, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).

– Soft Skills – Excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results under pressure.
