PT Sucden Coffee Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Quality Control Staff di Bandar Lampung yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Sucden Coffee Indonesia. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Quality Control Staff di Bandar Lampung Perusahaan PT Sucden Coffee Indonesia:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Science, or Industrial Technology.

Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee quality control, particularly in green coffee beans.

Proven working experience in coffee bean quality assessment.

Strong initiative, ability to generate ideas, and passion for delivering high-quality work.

Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Odoo is an advantage.

Able to differentiate color, as evidenced by a valid doctor’s certificate.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Analyze and ensure the quality of incoming coffee meets company standards and is completed on time.

Ensure coffee quality grades comply with product specifications.

Prepare and report quality results for incoming coffee, production, and export activities.

Conduct coffee cupping and prepare samples for buyers.
