Deluxe melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Quality Control Specialist di Papua Barat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Deluxe. Quality Control Specialist

Reports to: Team Lead, Tech Checks

Business Unit: Deluxe Localization

This position is open to candidates based in Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Taiwan.

Position Summary

Perform QC checks on a regular basis on various file types and ensure subtitles align with industry, Deluxe standards, and client requirements for timing, formatting, and language guidelines, while delivering on time and maintaining an average quality record of 99.7%. Additional responsibilities include auditing and mentoring new joiners as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work in a time-sensitive environment and meet delivery deadlines daily
• Check that language subtitles conform to Deluxe guidelines and client requirements
• Ensure subtitles are error-free by referring to client and project documents and deliver a final consistent product
• Maintain an average quality of at least 99.7% throughout the year for all clients
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery for all clients
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to department-specific schedules and standard operating procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Team player
• Detail oriented and able to multitask
• Experienced or knowledgeable about various localization workflows with emphasis on subtitling for all media & entertainment distribution channels
• Can operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Sound technical knowledge and excellent command of Microsoft Windows systems and Office Suite
• Eager to take on more responsibilities
• Strong command over both written and verbal communication
