Dans Multi Pro melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Quality Control di Jawa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT. Dans Multi Pro. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Quality Control di Jawa Perusahaan PT. Dans Multi Pro:

• Design, create, and execute manual test cases covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct testing on systems, databases, web applications, and mobile applications to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and document defects with clear reproduction steps and severity.
• Prepare test reports and communicate findings to developers BA.
• Collaborate with ops, developers, BAs, and QA teams within Agile workflows.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) by monitoring system implementation and operational conditions at Grapari outlets.
• Proactively identify early issues, risks, or anomalies in field operations and escalate findings before customer impact.
• Ensure production behavior aligns with real operational processes in Grapari

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or QA
• Minimum 2-3 year of experience in experience customer handling
• Mandatory: Former Grapari CSR with experience handling IndiHome services.
• Good understanding of end-to-end process flows and operational scenarios.
• Strong analytical skills to identify edge cases, rare issues, and missing requirements.
• Experience in testing systems, databases, web, and mobile applications.
• Test automation experience (Katalon Studio) and programming knowledge (C# / Java) are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, good communication skills, and able to work under pressure
