Lelco Trindo Nusantara. We are a manufacturing company specializing in lighting and electrical products.

Lelco is manufacturing for lighting and has many outstanding years of experience in the marketing of electrical and mechanical control systems and also lighting products with specializing in lighting designs for residential, architectural and commercial applications. Stretching over 68,000 m2, Lelco’s manufacturing facility is equipped with a complete range of machineries and testing facilities, enabling high quality production and specially engineered designs of luminaires. This factory is run by a trained and committed team of over 600 personnel, fabricating Lelco’s complete product range of architectural, industrial, general and custom designed decorative lighting systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education of S1 in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in QA/QC, preferably in the electrical manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Trough understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the QA/QC department to ensure product quality meets industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality control system to maintain high-quality production.
• Collaborate with the Engineering and production teams to address quality issues.
• Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Lead and mentor QA/QC staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
• Prepare reports on quality performance and suggest improvements to management.
