Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization; develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Budget Management: Oversee budget preparation and financial forecasting; ensure that expenditures are consistently aligned with budgeted amounts.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production costs and prepare accurate and timely financial reports; present financial reports to the board members, stakeholders, and executives.
• Tax Management: Manage the company’s tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes.
• Risk Management: Evaluate and manage financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• ERP Systems Management: Utilize structured ERP systems to enhance financial performance and business operations; ensure that all financial data is accurately captured and reported.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team; promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Other duties directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; an MBA or CPA would be highly advantageous. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a proven track record in financial management and leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of tax aspects, including compliance and planning.
• Proficient in the use of structured ERP systems; strong ability to analyze production costs.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken is a MUST
• Willing to Work From Office at Bojong Kamal, Legok. Kab. Tangerang.
