About the role

Ombak Collective is seeking a talented Purchasing professional to join our team in Bali. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless procurement of materials and resources to support our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions to achieve the best value for money

• Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing requirements and coordinate the delivery of goods

• Analyse market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to optimise our purchasing strategies

• Implement and enforce purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

• Support the continuous improvement of our procurement processes and systems

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the food & beferage and hospitality industry

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure favourable deals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making

• Familiarity with inventory management principles and supply chain best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
