Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Good understanding of purchasing processes and vendor management

• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• High integrity and ability to handle confidential data

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Knowledge of local supplier market is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing requests and ensure the timely procurement of goods/services

• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation

• Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding deliveries

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure specifications and quality standards are met

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance

• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures

• Directly control all purchasing staff and give direct correction in any bias behavior accord.

• Plan and conduct training for the staff
