Description :

Job Requirement:

• S1 Bachelor (Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus)
• English active is a must
• Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the beauty care and cosmetic industry.
• Strong understanding of Korean beauty trends and products.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and e-commerce.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibility:

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote our beauty care and cosmetic products and F&B.
• Identify target markets and customer segments, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to maximize brand visibility and sales.

Brand Management:

• Maintain and enhance the brand image of our beauty care and cosmetic products and F&B.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Develop and manage marketing collateral, including product packaging, labels, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing:

• Lead the online presence of our products, including website management, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
• Oversee content creation, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using key metrics and analytics tools.

Advertising and Promotion:

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns through various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Monitor and optimize ad spend to achieve ROI targets.
• Collaborate with influencers and beauty bloggers to review and promote our products.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage administrative tasks, including product sourcing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers in Korea and handle import/export documentation and logistics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of marketing and administrative staff, ensuring their productivity and development.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
