Job Description Summary: Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific services project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. Job Description:
- Coordinate transport programs and operational activities to each unit within its working area (Region) and ensure its implementation
- Checking the monthly work plan and accountability of the use of operational funds (PDO) prepared by Head Unit & Sub Unit Administration based on the realization of daily work plan (RKH) and the realization of the previous monthly work plan (RKB)
- Acting as problem solver for daily unit problems and reporting to higher levels for emerging unit issues
- Analyze the needs of the driver and the load of each unit and coordinate with the relevant sections for their fulfillment
- Monitor and ensure that the Manager's Report has been created according to the procedures applicable by each Transport unit
- Coordinate with RC / PC relating to the delivery of TBS / CPO to be delivered on time and on exact amount in accordance with predetermined planning
- Coordinate transport programs and operational activities to each unit within its region and ensure its implementation

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer
- Have proper experience and knowledge (technical and engineering) in the fields of automotive, heavy equipment, tractors and mechanization. Preference is given to those who are hands on in the field
- Have basic skills using MS Excel and Power Point
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Placement in HO Jakarta and willing to business trip to site
