Job Descriptions :
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market opportunities and expand business potential across key sectors, including residential, industrial, high-rise building projects, and tenders (Property Developers, Contractors, Government Agencies, and Corporates).
Consistently achieve and exceed sales monthly targets by implementing effective sales strategies (project approach, client service and aftersales service).
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients also regularly approach new potential clients to ensure sustained business growth.
Communicate with related department for necessary follow up for related project due to ensure delivery, service and quality to meet client schedules and satisfactory.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred from Architect, Interior Design or Civil Engineer).
At least 2 or 3 years of experienced as Project Sales in handling implementation for housing projects, government project, and high-rise building projects.
Have wide connection with architecture consultants, interior designers, contractors, property developers, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license (SIM A or SIM C).
Candidate for this position should be willing to work at Denpasar, Bali.
