Job Description:

-Lead the report creation until it is finished smoothly and on time - Ensure the data collection runs well - Coordinate with other departments in the company - Working with external writer & designer - Together with the Head of ESG, ensure the content of the report writer meets the company's needs. - Coordinate with JALA's marketing team to make sure the items used and the design align with the company standard - Regularly monitor progress with the Head of ESG.

Soft skills needed: - Having self-leadership and self-motivation - Result-oriented - A Detailed person - Fast work pace - Meticulous in data calculation and verification - Good communication (they will communicate primarily with cross-departmental teams)

Hard skills needed: - Familiar with the GRI standard - Having the ability to organise a report based on the framework (experienced in creating SR previously and added value) - Experienced in copywriting or formal report writing (press release or academic article). - Fluent in English (would be great if they have the ability in formal English writing). - Having creativity in design (needed to check and build the design along with partners) - Most importantly, have enough time, minimum 4 hours a day, for 3 months to get the report done
