This is a fully remote opportunity to lead fast-paced, impactful projects in the digital space. As a Project Manager, you'll act as the driving force behind A/B testing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and shaping long-term testing strategies. With access to high-profile clients and global collaboration, you'll play a central role in accelerating performance, innovation, and results. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (researchers, designers, copywriters, developers, QA, analysts, and clients) to execute A/B testing projects efficiently.
• Build strategic testing roadmaps (10-20 test plans ahead), aligning client needs with business goals.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, providing proactive updates, motivation, and momentum.
• Organize and run weekly client meetings, ensuring projects are on track and aligned with client expectations.
• Maintain exceptional organizational workflows to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables.

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a software or digital agency environment.
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills; you thrive on structure and clear processes.
• Excellent communication abilities — you proactively engage clients and ensure clarity across all stakeholders.
• Strong curiosity about technology, digital performance, and user behavior.
• A positive, energetic attitude that rallies teams and keeps momentum high.
• No prior A/B testing experience required — full training provided.
