• Supervise receipt of goods to warehouse, unloading, storage and loading out.

• Supervise and execute the full production of coffee: pulping, hulling, drying, grading, sorting, and packing.

• Operation, supervision and maintenance of all machinery: pulper, huller, drying, elevators, pre-cleaner, de-stoner, gravity table, color sorter, blending, silos.

• Reporting of weights, bag counts on all inbound-outbound and production yields in excel and system.

• Optimizing yields and ensuring contract specifications (quality, quantity, and shipment schedule) are met.

• Organizing prompt extraction & delivery of samples to Quality Department.

• Daily wage labor payroll reporting.

• Communicate any issues to manager for immediate resolution.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturing standards.

• Assist as needed for any other task as required by the company.

• At least 3 years of related experience in agricultural commodity production in a factory warehouse setting.

• Good knowledge of coffee or other relevant agricultural production.

• Good knowledge of safety production management.

• Understanding in quality control a plus.

• Excellent organization & coordination.

• Prompt and effective problem solving.

• Good communication and teamwork.

• Effective time management and sequencing of duties to ensure all deadlines are met.

• Disciplined and reliable with unquestioned integrity.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

• Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English.

• Willing to be placed in Takengon, Aceh.
