Job Title: Production Planner

Location: Bintan, Indonesia

Direct Manager: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage weekly work schedules for the assigned workplace, ensuring alignment with production goals and efficiency.
• Oversee rollover units, advanced processing units, and rescheduling efforts to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
• Create and evaluate weekly overtime plans while monitoring and improving On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance for the assigned workplace.
• Design process flows, perform time studies, and establish accurate time references for all required production elements.
• Analyze and prepare detailed reports comparing weekly schedules against actual production times, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in production scheduling and planning is highly desirable. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
