As a Production Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and production plans for interior fit-out projects. You will analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine material, labor, and time estimates. This role requires close collaboration with design, purchasing, and site teams to ensure the project is delivered efficiently, within budget, and according to quality standards. You will play a crucial role in optimizing production costs while maintaining project quality and timelines.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates (BoQ & RAB) for interior projects based on drawings and technical specifications.

• Calculate and forecast material requirements, labor resources, and project schedules.

• Request, review, and compare quotations from suppliers and vendors.

• Prepare and present project proposals, supporting tender and bidding processes.

• Develop production schedules and ensure alignment with cost and time estimates.

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, purchasing, and site) to ensure seamless project execution.

• Monitor and evaluate cost efficiency, suggesting improvements where necessary.

• Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Estimator in construction or interior projects.

• Strong knowledge of interior production processes (custom furniture, finishing, site installation).

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
