You Will:

• Product Development: Support the end-to-end development of skincare, body care, and wellness products, from concept ideation, benchmarking, formulation review, sample evaluation, and testing through to launch.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and support continuous product improvement and reformulation initiatives.
• Product Evaluation & Formulation Support: Review product samples and provide feedback on texture, sensorial experience, fragrance, performance, claims, and overall user experience. Understand and evaluate basic cosmetic formulations and ingredient functionality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with formulators, manufacturers, suppliers, marketing, creative, and regulatory teams to ensure product quality, readiness, and timely launches.
• Product Documentation & Coordination: Prepare product briefs, benchmark documents, timelines, and development updates. Manage product samples, revisions, and development documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Product Innovation & Optimization: Monitor product performance, consumer feedback, and market trends to support innovation, reformulation, and product optimization opportunities.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Support product development processes to ensure products align with internal quality standards and BPOM regulations.
• Product Launch Support: Assist in launch preparation including product decks, product knowledge materials, product copy, and internal coordination across teams.

You Are:

• Background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or related product development industry
• Familiar with cosmetic ingredients and raw material trends
• Able to read INCI lists and understand basic formulation logic
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Passionate about beauty and wellness
• Experience coordinating with OEM/manufacturing partners is a plus
• Understanding of BPOM cosmetic regulations is a plus
