Job Vacancy: Procurement Executive - Wine ImportLocation: Kuta Selatan, Badung, BaliCompany: PT Wine Adore Indonesia

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our wine import operations into Singapore. The ideal candidate will handle international supplier coordination, shipment tracking, and import documentation to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage wine procurement from international suppliers, especially from Portugal
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Singapore-based customs brokers
• Prepare and verify import documents such as invoices, packing lists, COO, and COA
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to Singapore
• Support inventory planning and stock reconciliation with the Singapore warehouse team
• Calculate landed costs including freight, duties, and taxes for internal reporting
• Ensure all processes comply with Singapore import regulations for alcoholic beverages

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement or import operations (F&B or wine industry preferred)
• Familiarity with international logistics and Singapore customs procedures
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or inventory systems
• Excellent coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
