Job Descriptions:

• Responsible in contract negotiations and drafting.

• Identify all legal issues and risks related to the contract to be drafted.

• Conducting a complete review of land ownership documents and providing feedback to Management in cases of deviation.

• Perform contracts drafting and vetting of all legal documents, negotiate and provide legal advice and support for Project and Business Units on a day to day basis.

• Updating data or documents that have / are close to expiring, both those made by the company's legal division and from parties outside the legal division. 

• Responsible for data banks (archives, documents, legalities, agreements, government agreements) related to legal requirements and provisions that apply to the company's interests. 

• Coordinating and monitoring contract approval processes.

·       Manage administrative documents related to the BAST process.

·       Coordinate with related departments to prepare BAST process.

• Liaise with external legal counsel Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all administrative tasks 

• Support the Legal department with additional administrative duties as required

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Law

• Minimum 1 year related job experience in contract drafting and negotiations

• Having good knowledge about Land Law practices

• Highly responsible with good initiative and able to work under pressure

• Honest, hard worker, and work on tight schedule.

• Meticulous and has analytical skills with strong skills and also ability to prioritize.

• Professional, enthusiastic and committed approach to work.

• Max 30 years old.

• Able to join IMMEDIATELY.
