About the roleJoin the dynamic team at PT. Global Infotech Solution as a Presales professional. In this full-time role based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, you will play a crucial part in understanding customer needs, presenting innovative IT solutions, and ensuring successful pre-sale and post-sale support.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and identify the most suitable technology solutions

2. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of our offerings

3. Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and participating in client meetings

4. Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale support

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our pre-sales processes and methodologies

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role within the Information Technology & Communication industry

2. Strong understanding of IT solutions, focus on cybersecurity services.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify the best solutions for our customers
