PT. Winner Power Indonesia is seeking a Preliminary Technical Manager - Electrical to join our dynamic team in leading the early-stage planning and execution of large-scale Data Center development projects. This key leadership position requires deep technical knowledge in electrical systems, strategic project foresight, and excellent coordination capabilities across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical planning, reviewing designs, managing engineering deliverables, and ensuring compliance with project objectives from design to construction handover. This role is critical in maintaining technical excellence and operational efficiency in mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all preliminary technical activities for electrical systems, from design evaluation to construction readiness.

• Supervise the engineering team and foster a high-performance environment through leadership, training, and structured performance evaluations.

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal departments, consultants, main contractors, and project owners.

• Oversee and review electrical drawings and technical documentation for switchboards, low-voltage panels, and busduct systems.

• Ensure timely and efficient project execution by managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and quality standards.

• Identify and mitigate technical and site-related risks, ensuring adherence to contractual and safety requirements.

• Lead logistics and procurement coordination including delivery timelines and customs clearance.

• Supervise testing and commissioning processes to ensure all systems meet the required technical specifications and standards.

• Prepare and manage documentation for approvals, compliance, and final project handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, specifically in large-scale Data Center construction projects.

• PMP Certification (or equivalent) is mandatory.

• In-depth understanding of electrical systems including switchboards, LV panels, and busduct.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a focus on results and quality.
