PPIC Supervisor - Fast Growing International Company - Join us if you are aspiring to grow and develop to your full potential professionally!We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, detail-oriented PPIC Supervisor with deep experience working in western PT PMA manufacturing companies to perform managerial and Production Planning and Inventory Control work. Our PPIC Supervisor will be mining data from our ERP system, general ledger and factory's manufacturing processes to analyse business costs and operation processes to prepare the planning and inventory control reports, records, and accounts to support managers' decision-making process in achieving business goals. The PPIC Supervisor will rely on his or her education and experience to develop and collect estimates and various data to synthesize into knowledge and a deeper understanding of the business situation that will ultimately be used to guide and support informed decision-making.
To be a successful PPIC Supervisor at PT JMI, you should possess a strong understanding in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a manufacturing environment for at least 3 - 5 years. Has strong MS Excel skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with little to no supervision and perform under pressure.
Key Role and ResponsibilitiesManaging orders from receiving raw materials to finished goods ready for shipment. Ensuring that each operation meets the delivery dates according to customer requests.
Controlling all aspects of forecasting, customer demand, inventory level, material planning, production processes, and delivery schedules.
Monitoring and evaluating the overall 5M (Material, Machine, Method, Manpower, and Money) that occurs in production to ensure it runs effectively and efficiently.
Identifying problems in the production and inventory processes and implementing corrective actions while actively engaging in continuous improvement.
Ensuring compliance with GMP standards, safety, and quality in the handling and storage of goods.
Coordinate and actively engage in problem solving with other departments to ensure that the production process runs smoothly.
Creating monthly reports and analyst the Corrective Action and Preventive Action.
o Attention to critical and design thinking, high accuracy, good planning, analysis, and numerical skills.
o Ability to work independently and in a team including planning, scheduling and prioritizing work tasks and projects to meet strict deadlines.
o Capable of analyzing production data for accurate scheduling and decision-making.
o Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data and search for inconsistencies, then reconcile inconsistencies and devise, recommend and implement solutions to prevent and solve errors.
o Ability to use great verbal and written communication skills to interact and collaborate effectively with staff and team members at all levels throughout the Group of companies both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

o Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant related field required and has interest working towards professional certification preferred.
o Required 3 - 5 years of experience in PPIC Supervisor; preferably in a multi company environment and in an Injection Molding manufacturing company, and has knowledge about the ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Infor ERP systems or similar or equivalent PPIC systems.
o Experienced working with GMP Standard, 5M with SOP or work instruction according to the ISO 9001 standards applicable at the Company and strong interest in manufacturing ERP systems will be an advantage.
