About the role

PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing team in Semarang, Central Java. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into valuable insights that drive informed decision-making within our organisation. What you'll be doing

1. Collecting, organising and analysing complex data sets from multiple sources

2. Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and visualisations to provide clear and actionable insights

3. Identifying trends, patterns and anomalies within the data to inform strategic business decisions

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions

5. Automating data processing and reporting workflows to improve efficiency

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role

3. Proficient in SQL and data querying languages, with the ability to extract, transform and load data

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets

5. Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
