Role Summary:The Portfolio Performance Manager drives performance improvement across underperforming villa properties by analyzing key metrics and implementing strategic action plans. This role focuses on optimizing revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction while ensuring effective communication and alignment with property owners and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze key performance metrics (occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction) to identify underperforming villa properties

• Develop and implement tailored improvement strategies for individual properties

• Monitor operational efficiency and recommend process enhancements to optimize performance

• Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to internal stakeholders and property owners

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pricing, eCommerce, and operations teams to drive portfolio success

• Present strategic initiatives, progress, and outcomes to executives and investors

• Define performance goals for executed strategies and track progress across the property portfolio

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in property management or the hospitality industry

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, AI tools, reporting platforms, and performance dashboards

• Hands-on experience with revenue management, pricing strategy, and online travel agencies (OTAs)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with property owners and stakeholders

• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and effectively address performance challenges

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities

• Deep understanding of eCommerce or OTA platforms is a strong plus
