VinFast Indonesia is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a Policy & Payment Operations Lead to drive policy execution, strengthen governance processes, and ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant payment operations. If you’re passionate about structure, process excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Policy Implementation & Governance

• Lead the rollout of new and revised policies across departments.
• Translate policy requirements into practical workflows, SOPs, and implementation guidelines.
• Monitor policy compliance and proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement needs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
• Provide training, coaching, and documentation support to staff regarding policy changes.
• Track policy effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and operational feedback.

Payment Operations

• Oversee day‑to‑day payment processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and control.
• Manage payment schedules, systems, verification processes, and internal control checks.
• Ensure payment operations fully comply with regulations, contracts, and internal policies.
• Monitor discrepancies, exceptions, and performance indicators—drive corrective actions as needed.
• Lead the resolution of payment‑related issues across teams and escalate when required.
• Support internal/external audits and maintain strong documentation for financial controls.

Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Prepare regular reports on policy implementation progress and payment performance.
• Communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to senior management clearly and effectively.
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding policies and payments.
• Support strategic planning related to policy execution, compliance, and financial operations.
