MMW Strategic Investment is seeking a PHP Developer to join our growing digital development team. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality web applications that support our business operations across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities

Web Application Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP (Laravel or CodeIgniter framework).
• Translate business requirements into efficient, clean, and scalable code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation for code and technical processes.

Database & API Management

• Design and manage databases using MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with external and internal systems.
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and scalability across applications.
• Work closely with internal teams to plan, test, and deploy new features.
• Use Git or similar version control systems for code management.
• Participate in peer code reviews and maintain coding best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in PHP programming, with a focus on Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Proven portfolio of at least 5 Laravel or CodeIgniter-based projects.
• Strong understanding of database design and SQL/NoSQL systems.
• Experience with REST API development and integration.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
