We are looking for a Performance Marketing Supervisor to oversee and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns aimed at achieving maximum ROI and business growth. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital advertising platforms, tracking campaign performance, and leading a team to deliver results. This position requires onsite work and relocation to Purbalingga.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, to ensure continuous improvement.

Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad placements to identify the best-performing strategies.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content tailored to target audiences.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to the marketing team and management.

Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists to meet and exceed campaign goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.

Proficient in digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics software.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, and CTR.

Experience in managing and mentoring a team, with strong leadership skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Willingness and ability to relocate to Purbalingga for onsite work.

Solid understanding of FMCG products and consumer behavior is an advantage.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
