We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Specialist to join our team onsite in Purbalingga. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. This is a great opportunity for a design professional with a passion for both aesthetics and functionality to contribute to impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user feedback and business requirements.

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and assist in the implementation of designs

Optimize design processes and ensure consistency across all design deliverables.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices.

Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members, incorporating feedback into iterations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design ideas effectively.

Willingness to work onsite in Purbalingga.

Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.

A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and continually improving designs.
