Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Partner Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in aligning our people strategies with business objectives, focusing on enhancing employee performance, fostering leadership development, and driving organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities1. People Management & Business PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance, development, and organizational changes.
Support managers in workforce planning and succession planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.
Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and appraisal processes.
Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance individual and team performance.
Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in structure, culture, and processes.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.Boston Scientific Jobs
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in HR roles with a focus on performance management, organizational development, or as an HR Business Partner.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
Ability to lead and manage change effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
