• Develop marketing strategies as part of the annual marketing planning to ensure alignment with brand positioning and business targets

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor product dynamics to formulate effective and targeted promotional strategies

• Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities, including branding and product promotion

• Manage the company's brand image to enhance brand awareness, brand recognition, and customer loyalty

• Lead the promotion team in carrying out advertising, social media, marketing content, and other daily tasks

• Coordinate resources with other departments to ensure the smooth launch of new products, promotional programs, and implementation of other promotional activities

• Control the promotional budget, evaluate and optimize Return on Investment (ROI)

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, prepare analysis reports, and provide improvement recommendations

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication Studies, or other related fields is preferred

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of marketing.

• Understand brand development, marketing integration, and digital marketing strategies such as social media, KOL (Key Opinion Leaders), public relations, content marketing, and others

• Possess market analysis skills, sharp insight, and strong strategic thinking

• Have good leadership, communication, coordination, and project execution skills

• Having prior promotion experience in the FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or technology industries is preferred

• Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment, work under pressure, and have a strong sense of responsibility
