What your current role should be like?
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive and achieve commercial
goals alignment with company goals. to generate revenue
• Planning, developing and executing the commercial initiatives to accelerate
achieving the company goals by setting quarterly and annual sales and focussing
on potential loyalty partner category
• Conduct market research and design proposals to expand affinity partner and
ecosystem involvement.
• Craft, negotiate and formalize commercial terms & agreements with loyalty
• partners to secure mutual growth and partnership benefits.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders teams to streamline partner onboarding
processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop business cases for new partnership pitching to various loyalty partners
• Monitor partnership performance and take optimization actions accordingly to
ensure success
What will you do?
• Drive strategic partnerships with affinity and rewards programs, collaborating
with key stakeholders at these institutions to integrate their services with our
platform.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our network with affinity programs,
enabling seamless redemption of rewards and affinity points through our
payment platform.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of affinity program partners, working
closely with their systems to ensure optimized financial and operational
processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, tech, and marketing, to
create value propositions for both Indepay and its affinity and rewards partners.
• Use data and market research to evolve affinity partnership strategies, keeping
up with trends and industry regulations.
• Establish and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) with partners to ensure
timely delivery of services and mutual benefits.
• Monitor the success of partnerships, providing insights and reports on the
impact of affinity collaborations on our overall growth.
Requirements
What do you have?
• You have more than 5 years of experience in a partnership management role,
ideally within loyalty programs, fintech, or consumer tech.
• You have strong exposure to loyalty programs, consumer reward initiatives, and
partnerships with financial institutions, with an understanding of how to scale
such collaborations.
• You have successfully spearheaded the introduction of loyalty or reward
programs within previous engagements, driving measurable success in
customer engagement and satisfaction.
• You have experience in implementing strategies to measure the success of
partnerships, utilizing customer feedback and market research.
• You have headed multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously with a team of
passionate and talented individuals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• You have experience in various project management methodologies and tools,
and have managed end-to-end deliveries of multiple projects.
• You are experienced in creating and managing project plans.
• You can multitask and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• You have a leadership DNA with proven ability to excite and lead a crossfunctional team.
• You are an expert in conflict resolution and can bring everybody on the same
page.
• You preferably have payment domain knowledge and have a background in an
early stage product company.
