Job Description Admin Teknik -Civil Construction (Infrastructure)
1. Basic knowledge of civil construction administration and management. Related Manpower, Equipment's, material and flow Process.
Basic knowledge of Batching Plant, Crusher, Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP)
2. Be able to operate a computer and use administrative software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Project documents and data such as letters, reports, agreements, and other documents.
3. Have good communication skills and be able to work with a team -verbal & written with superiors. Perform other administrative tasks related to construction projects according to the instructions of superiors.
4. Able to organize project documents and maintain data security and confidentiality. Soft file & Hard copies.
5. Have good analytical skills in processing and analyzing project data.
6. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines -working overtime and Saturdays.
7. Have multitasking skills in managing various administrative tasks. Supporting the project team in organizing schedules and coordinating activities related to administration
8. Have precision and accuracy in data input and archiving.
9. Have knowledge of rules and regulations related to construction.
10. Able to maintain good relationships with external parties, such as clients, contractors, and vendors. Ensure the availability and completeness of sub-contractor documents and update when required.
11. Monitor and verify payment and contract administration with related parties.
12. Compile and collect project reports periodically to related suppliers, vendors & service Providers.
Qualifications & Experience-b
1. Minimum education of S-1/D3 Civil construction. Age Group 24-28 Years. Female Preferred.
2. Work Experience 3-4 yeas as admin -Teknik civil construction - Experienced in field will be preferred
3. Have the ability to operate accounting software such as Ms. Excel or Accurate.
4. Have the ability to make L/R (profit and loss) reports, Journal, Balance Sheet, etc.
5. Having a Breavet A & B Certification will be preferred.
6. Have High Loyalty to Work
7. Able to work in a team or individually
8. Able to face targets and work under pressure
9. Have good accuracy and calculation skills
10. Have good endurance.
11. Usually prospective workers who live around the company will be prioritized because often an accounting staff has to work overtime until late at night.
