About the role
Jackids Preschool Daycare Talent' is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operator Sekolah to join our growing team in Tangerang Banten. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our early childhood education centre, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our preschool.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Make sure all kids in Jackids get NISN. Setting with DAPODIK. Scheduled for meeting with Dinas Pendidikan
Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance the quality of our educational programmes and services
Liaising with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide exceptional customer service
Coordinating administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management
Participating in the planning and execution of special events and activities to enrich the learning experience for our students
Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, optimise resources, and drive innovation within the preschool
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar operational or managerial role within the early childhood education sector
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of early childhood education curricula, pedagogical best practices, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for young children
