Bonjour Bali is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day business activities—from vendor onboarding and inventory flow to warehousing, order fulfillment, and customer support. As the backbone of our operational engine, you'll work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and logistics partners to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving problems, and can implement structure while scaling fast.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, stock levels, receiving, and dispatch
Ensure product storage, labeling, and handling follow SOPs
Coordinate inbound deliveries from vendors and outbound shipping to customers
Implement and track inventory systems with digital tools (Excel, Shopify, etc.)
Supervise the pick-pack-ship process with accuracy and speed
Minimize errors, delays, and customer complaints
Work with customer support team to resolve shipping issues and returns
Coordinate with Vendor Manager for stock readiness and product handovers
Monitor vendor performance (order confirmation, stock availability, etc.)
Ensure all vendors follow packaging and logistics guidelines
Manage relationships with courier partners (e.g., GoSend, Grab, JNE)
Monitor delivery performance and track SLAs
Set up internal SOPs for delivery tracking and issue resolution
Generate weekly/monthly reports (orders processed, returns, delays, etc.)
Analyze operations data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
Implement cost-saving measures and automation where possible
3-5 years experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (e-commerce preferred)
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Familiar with warehouse management tools (Excel, Shopify, or WMS)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Bonus: experience in fashion/lifestyle retail
99% order fulfillment accuracy
< 2% return rate due to operational issues
Vendor handovers processed on time
Inventory and warehouse system updated daily
Efficient coordination between operations, warehouse, and customer support
