Responsibilities :- Manage daily operations in Coworking, kitchen and bar to ensure efficiency and high standards - Manage schedules of coworking, cafe and outsourcing team - Generate and execute strategies to reach business goals (e.g. profit)- Implement and monitor operational procedures and standards- Communicate and engage with all members- Handles all elevated complaints and issue- Involves in Manpower planning and management- Control expenses- Continuously looking for operational improvements and members's satisfaction- Oversee facilities and maintenance- Perform Quality Control and KPI's- Schedule and or execute training for team members- Analyze sales, customer feedback, and other data to drive improvements.

Other Tasks:- Reporting and operational update to leader- Interviews & Recruitments- Involved in the ideation and execution of Events- Improve management systems / customer experience related system- Involve in operation and marketing budgeting

Preferred qualifications :1. A bachelor's degree in business, management or a related field.2. Experience working in a multinational company.3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.5. Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.6. Experience in coworking business is a plus.7. Bali Based.
