Description

As a Consultant (SAP PM/Maximo), your main responsibilities will include:

• Execute and manage operational improvement projects aligned with company strategy.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose industry-standard solutions.
• Provide strategic direction and advisory support for business transformation.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with PMO and operational excellence frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder communication and maintain alignment with senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive buy-in.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and change management best practices.

Profile

A successful Consultant (SAP PM/Maximo) should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or industrial operations.
• Proven track record in asset maintenance, performance optimization, or operational excellence.
• Experience with SAP PM or Maximo is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
