Stanford is a P2P lending Multinational Company that engages in Fintech Business in Indonesia. Utilising big data and our expertise in mobile technology, we aim to help people to benefit from inclusive finance efficiently. This position will be in the operational desk collection department.
Job Description
Interpret for various meetings.
Liaising with internal departments.
Help with daily time management.
Run errands as requested.
Prepare reports, and briefs to support the Head of Operations.
Processing/coordinating confidential information related to business and management.
Conducting or preparing any research that be may required.
Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Required skills and qualifications
Able to Speak Mandarin preferable
Or Able to Speak English fluently will be consider
Excellent in interpreting (speech) and translating (written).
Minimum 3 years of Proven work experience as a personal assistant in any industry
Experience working in P2P lending would be advantage.
Strong logical ability and strong structured thinking.
Strong communication and negotiation skill.
Responsible, self-motivated, attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work.
Discretion and confidentiality.
