About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Operation Admin to join our team at PT Marintur Bali. As the Operation Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our business. This full-time position is based in South Denpasar, Bali.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative and clerical support to the operations team

Maintaining and updating various records, databases, and filing systems

Handling and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documents

Assisting with the coordination of schedules, appointments, and meetings

Providing customer service support to clients and stakeholders

Performing other general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
