Job Description
Create reports and analyses of performance and root causes related to operational activities for relevant work units.
Evaluate business processes in the work unit to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain and update operational procedures according to company business processes.
Review and update the operating plan and spaghetti chart according to actual operational processes.
Provide proposed solutions to the operational team for findings related to service failures based on best practices.
Coordinate with the user regarding the improvement project and cost-saving project.
Conduct regular reporting on unit performance achievement to the direct superior.
Monitor corrective and preventive action statements carried out by the operational team.
Monitor and evaluate the internal audit process for the work unit, ensuring that each individual carries out their job functions in accordance with the division's strategy.
Coordinate weekly meeting with all operational teams in each area.
Monitor and evaluate operational work processes in accordance with HSE planning and standards applicable in the company.
Work with a team from various divisions to analyze and fix problems that arise during service delivery.
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Engineering or Statistics.
Have experience in the same field for at least 1 (one) year. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Superb computer skills, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, and database management.
Able to understand, interpret, and communicate with data.
Have good communication skills, verbal and written.
Have strong attention to detail.
Have a good ability to collect and analyze data.
