We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized Odoo applications and modules to support our business operations. This role requires technical expertise in the Odoo platform, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into efficient, scalable Odoo implementations. This position requires onsite work and relocation to Purbalingga.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.

Analyze business needs and design solutions within the Odoo framework.

Perform system integrations, module migrations, and performance optimizations.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes for Odoo applications.

Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to ensure seamless system operations.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure the system's scalability and maintainability.

Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo and related technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Python programming and strong knowledge of the Odoo framework.

Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.

Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Strong understanding of ERP system workflows and business processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Willingness and ability to relocate to Purbalingga for onsite work.
