We are seeking qualified and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our clinical team. The successful candidates will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care within a professional and collaborative healthcare environment.

Placement: Oncology, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, and Palliative Care

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing complex medical treatments.

• Conduct patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with clinical protocols.

• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory standards.

• Promote a safe, respectful, and empathetic care environment.

• Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for Nursing;

• Diploma degree (D3/D4/S1) or Professional Degree (Profesi) in Nursing;

• Minimum of 2 years of Nursing experience in a hospital or specialized care setting;

• Certification in a nursing specialty (Oncology, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, and Palliative Care) is a plus;

• Proficiency of English in both writing and speaking;

• Willing to work in a shift setting;

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams;

• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills;

• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
