The role

Elper Development is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our creative team in Bali. As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through captivating animated content. This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from marketing videos to product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

1. Conceptualise and design compelling motion graphics and animated sequences

2. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to translate brand guidelines into engaging visual narratives

3. Animate 2D and 3D elements using industry-standard software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender

4. Ensure animations are technically sound and optimised for various platforms and devices

5. Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance the creative output

6. Provide support and mentorship to junior members of the motion design team

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team

2. Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender

3. Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, pacing, and visual storytelling

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, high-quality animated content

6. Familiarity with video editing and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage
