About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Manager to join our team at Damai Putra Group in Bekasi, West Java. As the MEP Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects by managing the MEP systems and ensuring they are installed to the highest standards. This is a full-time position based in our Bekasi office.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the installation of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation, to ensure they are completed on time and to specification

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and the timely resolution of any issues

• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures for the MEP scope of work

• Oversee the commissioning and testing of MEP systems to ensure they meet all relevant standards and regulations

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact the successful delivery of the MEP systems

• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to complete their work effectively

• Monitor and report on the progress of the MEP work, providing regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an MEP Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering, or a related field

• Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation, and their installation requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing the MEP scope of work on complex construction projects

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement schedules, budgets, and quality control measures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and regulations

• Familiar with the local construction industry and regulatory environment in Bekasi, West Java
