About the role

Damai Putra Group is seeking an experienced Building & Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Bekasi, West Java. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing project plans to meet deadlines and budgets

2. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise

3. Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors and project teams

4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety protocols and quality standards

5. Collaborating with clients, architects and other stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations

6. Providing technical expertise and problem-solving support to project teams

7. Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and implementing process enhancements

What we're looking for

1. Substantial experience (8+ years) in a similar project management role

2. Proven track record of successfully delivering infrastructure and building projects

3. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and compliance requirements

4. Excellent project management, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team to coordinate complex projects

6. Excellent communication and report-writing abilities

7. Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management or a related field
