About the role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Marketing Support (Placement Kota Tangerang) to join our team at PT Lampbond Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Benda Banten, offering the opportunity to contribute to the sales and growth of our organization.
What you'll be doing
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiating and closing sales deals within your assigned territory
Providing timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and pipeline
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of customer solutions
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business possibilities
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Building Material industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
