Join the Grab Jabodetabek Region Ops Team! In the Marketing Partnership team we identify opportunities, craft strategies, and secure deals with external partners, all while contributing to Grab's mission to empower the community.

Get to Know the Role

We're in search of a Marketing Partnership Assistant Manager. We're looking for a candidate with a track record in developing and overseeing territorial programs, from identifying opportunities and creating strategies to sealing deals with external partners. You will drive partnerships and enhance outcomes to create greater impact for Grab. You will report to the Senior City Manager, and this role is based fully on-site in Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Draw valuable insights from data, trends, surveys, and market intelligence
• Cultivate a pipeline of partnership projects and meticulously planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing every action within your designated city for Grab's business expansion
• Maintain operational standards for all projects you oversee
• Manage all partners (internal and external), including visiting, presenting, negotiating with corporate clients, and resolving potential issues
• Guarantee the best service quality for all partners
• Uphold cost-effectiveness and efficiency, meeting designated operational and financial performance targets
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams such as Business Desk, Marketing, Legal, and other relevant departments to enhance territory performance and achieve excellent results

Kualifikasi

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or relevant fields
• Min. 3+ years of experience in partnership, business development, or similar roles
• Excellent in administration, business management, macro economic, and interpretation of data
• Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills, and people management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
• Experienced in making important decision and provide solid recommendations based on data
• Motivated in making a positive impact in emerging markets, and ability to adapt in a fast pace environment
• Proficient in Ms. Office or Google Workspace tools (added value to have knowledge on other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking)
