Job Description:
As our Marketing Manager, you'll lead the full scope of brand and growth marketing activities — including Performance Marketing, KOL & Influencer Management, CRM & Loyalty, Community Engagement, and Offline Events & Activations.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns and report directly to the CEO. We're looking for someone who's both strategic and hands-on, ready to scale a grooming brand with purpose and creativity.
Key Responsibility:
Lead and manage the full marketing function, including KOL Management, Performance Marketing, CRM, Community, and Offline Events, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and campaigns to grow brand awareness, acquisition, and customer loyalty.
Manage the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI.
Build and nurture KOL & influencer partnerships, track campaign performance, and drive impact.
Oversee CRM programs and customer journey strategies to enhance engagement and lifetime value.
Plan and implement offline activations and brand experiences that support sales and visibility.
Drive community initiatives and brand advocacy through both digital and offline channels.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Creative) for 360° campaign execution.
Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, including sales growth, customer feedback, and brand positioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in beauty, grooming, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record in performance marketing, CRM, influencer marketing, and event activation.
Experience in community engagement and building customer loyalty.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Attention to detail in composing, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
Willing to work onsite at BSD (WFO System)
