About the role

As Marketing Manager at PT Jiwo Motor Sales (GEELY CIKOKOL), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy and driving the execution of impactful marketing campaigns. This full-time position is based in Tangerang, Banten and will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services

2. Overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging marketing content across various channels, including digital, print, and events

3. Analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform data-driven marketing decisions

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar senior marketing role, preferably within the automotive industry

2. Excellent understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices

3. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

4. Proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

6. Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals

7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
